CLEVELAND, Ohio – – Six years ago, Allen and Kerri Rodgers were preparing to move from Atlanta to Cleveland when they became fixated on a home in Lakewood that the couple found on the Internet.
“There was a virtual tour of the first and second floor,” remembers Allen. “We must have looked at it 20 different times. The wide-angle lenses that are used for virtual tours make everything look ginormous. (The two floors) looked like the size of a football field.”
As it turns out, the couple hadn’t seen anything yet.
Kerri, who is a vice-president with Sherwin Williams and was being transferred here, came to Cleveland for a meeting and decided to swing by and check out the house in person.
