Keighley Film Club screens little gem of a movie Still Life

KEIGHLEY Film Club’s next presentation will be the 12A-certificate drama Still Life.

Eddie Marson stars as a council worker whose role is to find the next of kin of people who have died alone.

When his department is downsizedhe must work even harder on his final case.

Still Life is described as a poignant tale of life, love and the afterlife, from Uberto Pasolini, the Oscar-nominated producer of The Full Monty.

Eddie Marsan, from Tyrannosaur and Happy-Go-Lucky, stars alongside Golden Globe winner and Downton Abbey star Joanne Froggatt.

Meticulous and organised to the point of obsession, John May has worked for Lambeth Council for many years but in times of greater efficiency is made redundant.

John finds himself on a liberating journey of self-discovery that will make him question everything and start living life at last.

Still Life will be screened
