It’s a long way from the streets of London to Red Bluff, but that’s the saga of artist Phil Dynan, who started his art career nearly 50 years ago selling his paintings on the sidewalks of London. He is now comfortably ensconced in his own gallery in Red Bluff. His paintings of landscapes and farm animals are a natural fit for Tehama County, where he and his partner, Anastasia Nelson, settled 15 years ago.
