Venice Fest Player ‘Still Life’ Attracts Buyers

LONDON — Munich-based sales company Beta Cinema has sold Uberto Pasolini’s “Still Life” to key territories ahead of its international preem in Venice.

Wild Bunch secured the title for Benelux, while Palace Films picked up distribution rights for Australia and New Zealand. Several additional territories are in advanced negotiations. It will be released in Italy by BIM Distribuzione.
The film will screen in Venice’s Horizons section on Sept. 3.
