Bismarck High School junior Lindsey McMaster has a talent for art. Her passion for it can be seen through her many pieces of work, as well as her large variety of pieces.
Since first becoming interested in art, McMaster has continued to grow as an artist.
“I first became interested in art when I was in kindergarten. We were offered an art teacher and she noted that I had talent as an artist,” McMaster said.
Taking art classes is one way McMaster has worked to expand her horizons as an artist.
“Lindsey has taken classes from me since she was in elementary school,” art teacher Paul Noot said. “She was in my Art II class last year as a sophomore and is currently taking Art III.”
Many artists tend to have a favorite style of art. For McMaster, realism is her style of choice.
