MILFORD Herb Portnoy of Milford is showing many pieces of realistic art at the Milford Library through the month of January.
A graduate of Vesper George Art School in Boston, his works have been shown at galleries and other libraries throughout the region. He works with watercolor realism, painting scenes, portraits of people, dogs, and cats, and does commission work.
