Artists shares color-drenched works at TECO gallery

Modern landscape artist Elizabeth Fontaine-Barr, of Lutz, will share 15 canvases that pop with color and burn with imagination during her “It’s all about color” show, a one-person exhibition at the TECO Public Art Gallery, 702 N. Franklin St., Tampa.

Fontaine-Barr’s expressionistic landscape paintings will be on display through June 27 at the downtown gallery.

“I am enchanted by the amazing color, burning light and hidden images within nature’s compositions, stirring emotions in me that I need to capture on canvas,” she said.

Fontaine-Barr, who graduated from the University of New Orleans with a major in painting, participates in juried art shows as well as exhibits throughout the Tampa area.
