Osher Lifelong Learning Institute winter classes begin in Healdsburg on January 14 and continue through February 20. Artist, teacher and writer Linda Loveland Reid will lead the class, “Bay Area Artists, 1848 – 1950.”
From “tranquil landscape painting,” through Impressionism and ending with “shocking” Abstract Expressionism, Reid will provide students a history of the artists, events and movements through one hundred years of changes in the Bay Area art scene.
