Kennedy Students Visit Metropolitan Museum of Art

John F. Kennedy High School students in Mr. Cirino’s Advanced Placement French class recently took a trip to the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

Students viewed the works of famous French Impressionist painters such as Monet and Renoir.

Students also attended a special exhibit called “Impressionism, Fashion and Modernity,” which included many well-known works borrowed from the Musee d’Orsay in Paris as well as period clothing worn by artists’ models in the 18th century.
