Patricia’s Pastures: Perfect in the Summer Sun

This week, I’d like to write about the artwork of an award-winning artist from Pittsburgh named Patricia Young.

I discovered Young’s art on the May Gallery Night at the Titus Gallery. I liked it very much. Fell in love with it, really.

Why? Perhaps it is because a lot of the work is impressionist landscapes. And I fell in love with the Impressionists while studying art history when I was an art student at Syracuse University during the 1970s. The Impressionists are my favorite guys in the history of art.
