Maplecrest Rehabilitation and Living Center resident Phyllis Webber, left, was the center of attention during a birthday party for her on Sunday. Webber turned 100 years old and 60 relatives, including her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, celebrated with her at the Madison facility. Webber received the Boston Post Cane and flowers from the Anson Historical Society from Ralph and Charlotte Withee. Her grandaughter, Heather Fredericks, center, and daughter, Emily Burns, speak with Webber.
