Anyone living on a gravel road knows when spring arrives the road conditions get soft and gooey as the temperature rises. Mark Carter put his plow truck to use by scraping muddy ruts on the road to his Ledgewood Auto business in Skowhegan on Sunday. Carter said he has done the grading twice a day for the last week. “This is ridiculous,” he said.
