“Inside the NBA.” TNT’s pregame, halftime and postgame studio show is the best on TV, and it’s at its most entertaining during the NBA playoffs. Centered on the bluntly honest, hilarious Charles Barkley, it’s big fun, literally so in the person of Shaquille O’Neal, a genuine goofball; insightful, thanks often to Kenny “The Jet” Smith; and held together by Ernie Johnson.  Even if the games are bad, it’s must-see TV for hoops heads.
